The RENTFLOW for Good Grant provides up to $1,000 in rent assistance forresidents facing a temporary hardship — with funds paid directly to theparticipating property as a rent credit. No purchase required. Now available inGeorgia, North Carolina, and Texas.​​

Help When it Matters Most

Who can apply?​
Residents facing a short-term financial setback who live in a participating property in an eligible state (GA, NC, or TX).​

What you may receive​
A grant of up to $1,000, paid directly to the participating property as a rent credit to help avoid displacement.​

How is the program funded?​
The RENTFLOW for Good Grant is funded by RENTFLOW and participating partners as a community-impact initiative. Awards are issued from time to time based on available funding. No purchase is required to apply or receive assistance.​
